Shipping

The products you have ordered are sent to the address and to the recipient you note when completing your order, which has been accepted by our company. The shipping rates are calculated once you add your address at checkout.

We send your package through “Geniki Taxydromiki” for Greece and through “DHL Express Worldwide” for the rest of the world, which have been selected by our company, as our aim is to provide you with excellent quality services.

Shipping costs are listed on your order completion page as well as in the informational e-mail you receive immediately after completing your order. You will also receive a tracking number, so you can track your order until it arrives to its destination. 

Roots Of Life company is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes that may apply on international shipments. If applied, additional costs are in the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unsure about charges been applied to your country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
